Now Facebook Wants You to Lie to Maintain Your Privacy? Well, Not Really … Kind Of

Rolling along with the Facebook Privacy Brouhaha mentioned here 12/11, The Washington Post points to some sloppy language (by Facebook or The Wall Street Journal) that led to Barry Schnitt, Facebook’s Director of Corporate Communications and Public Policy (DC²P²) having to explain that Yes, Facebook requires user honesty about their identities, but that doesn’t mean they have to post a picture of themselves, or name the city they live in now.  Seriously.
